to Compliance Executive Needham, MA, USA - March 5, 2007 - The Object Management Group™ today announced that Adrian Bowles, Program Director of the OMG Regulatory Compliance Alliance (ORCA™), will be a regular columnist on regulatory compliance issues for Compliance Executive. Compliance Executive (www.complianceexecutive.com) is an online news and feature portal focusing on the areas of corporate governance, risk and compliance and reaches 45,000 senior level financial and legal executives throughout the US. Adrian's first column, "Continuous Compliance vs. Continuous Trust: Think Like Your Customers" is now available on the Compliance Executive website. About Adrian Dr. Bowles leads the OMG's efforts to identify and codify IT compliance best practices and develop appropriate standards. In this role, he is responsible for research studies, publications, and standards for governance, privacy and security regulations. Dr. Bowles was previously the founding Director of Research and Education at the IT Compliance Institute. He has contributed articles and commentary on regulations including Sarbanes-Oxley, Gramm-Leach Bliley, the USA Patriot Act and Basel II to publications including Application Development Trends, Computerworld, InformationWeek, Optimize, and CIO.com, and regularly presents research findings at industry events. Dr. Bowles earned his BA in Psychology and MS in Computer Science from
SUNY Binghamton, and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Northwestern
